cordially invite you to the annual Otto Wolff Lecture

with

Secretary Condoleezza Rice
Director, Hoover Institution

in a conversation with the award-winning journalist

Klaus Brinkbäumer

Two weeks before the U.S. Presidential election, we are most honored to have former
Secretary of State Dr. Condoleezza Rice deliver the 2020 Otto Wolff Lecture. Following her remarks, she will be interviewed by the award-winning journalist Klaus Brinkbäumer.

This year, the Otto Wolff Lecture will be held via Zoom: Secretary Rice will join us via Zoom from the Stanford University campus, and the event will be live-broadcast. Mr. Brinkbäumer will lead the conversation from Fritz Thyssen Foundation in Cologne. We very much look forward to welcoming and discussing with you!

The Otto Wolff Lecture is AmerikaHaus NRW e.V.’s annual signature series and was initiated by Baroness Jeane von Oppenheim and the Otto Wolff Foundation, in commemoration of the friendship of Baron Alfred von Oppenheim and Otto Wolff von Amerongen. Both men were successful entrepreneurs, important political figures in the region of Cologne as well as in Germany, and above all they were dedicated transatlanticists. Since the founding of AmerikaHaus NRW in 2007, the Otto Wolff Lecture has been delivered by American senior experts on significant transatlantic topics.

The event will be held in English. Please use the following link to register for the participation via Zoom.
