»The Passage«

featuring Justin Cronin, Author, Houston (TX) and Heio von Stetten, Actor.
Moderation: Margarete von Schwarzkopf, NDR

Since the success of the "Twilight" films, the vampire genre is more popular than ever before. It is fitting then that American author Justin Cronin's second book, „The Passage“ is the first part of a vampire trilogy. In the US, the book has received high praise: acclaimed by critics and readers alike, it went straight to the bestseller list with directors like Ridley Scott wtl_files/articles/programm/veranstaltungen/2010/cronin_web2.jpgaiting in line to buy the film rights.

Justin Cronin studied at Harvard and is a graduate of the Iowa Writers‘ Workshop. He has been a Professor of English at Rice University in Houston, Texas, since 2005.
