»From Teacher in Frechen to Top Manager in the U.S.«

Martin Richenhagen is a true Cologne–boy, who went out to lead one of the biggest companies in the US. The teacher Richenhagen moved from Frechen to the United States of America.  His extraordinary life brought him from school to the top-level s of management and 2004 to the top of the American AGCO Corporation, the worldwide biggest producer of Farm Machinery.

He was the first German to become head of a „Fortune 300“-Company. Former Citz Mazor of Cologne, Fritz Schramma, nominated him to become Cologne-ambassador of economics.  

However, Martin Richenhagen is not only successful in business. As head of the German national equipe team Martin Richenhagen won the gold medal at the Olympic Games in Peking 2008. Despite his success Richenhagen is a down to earth man and the typ of manager, which many miss in the times of the crisis.
